I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of the participants for their hard work and dedication to making the 2008 Parade of Homes a success. The Home Builders Association would like to extend an invitation to everyone to attend our Ribbon Cutting at 105 Hedgerose Lane at 11:00 a.m. Friday, May 16th. This home, built by Bart Liddon in Longleaf Green, is located within the Grove Park Subdivision. This year’s opening ceremony home is certified as a “green” home which had to meet strict standards in green building to receive its certification. The homes on this year’s Parade will be available for viewing from 1:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. on Friday, May 16th, and from 10:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. Saturday, May 17th, and from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Sunday, May 18th.
I would like to introduce our theme for the Parade this year as “Your Dream Home of Tomorrow Is Built Today.
